The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, quoting and process changes plus other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.

You must work well other personal lines team members. We expect top notch service.

Responsibilities

Provide service and develop relationship with clients

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Cross sell opportunities

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Requirement

Must have 2 years experience in insurance

Property and Casualty License required

Plus if proficient in Applied / TAM(agency management system)
