Description
Restaurant Manager : Hickory Tavern is seeking high energy leaders that want to be a part of a developing brand that have a sincere passion for hospitality and making people happy.
Duties :
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage front-of-house staff in an effort to exceed the guest expectations
- Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
- Enforce health, safety, and company protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule staff shifts and coordinate tasks
- Conduct staff training and development
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting
- Implement marketing initiatives for customer traffic
- Foster a positive work environment.

- Three years’ full service Bar or Kitchen management experience
- A hospitality mindset.
- A sincere desire to make people happy and foster a great working environment.
Salary Description $58k-$65k / year
