Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 0 0 am 4 : 30 pm, 1 / 2-hour unpaid lunch
Company / Position Overview : Our client, a small family-owned retail business, is hiring a temp-to-hire Office Administrator.
This role is responsible for all office functions, from supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable to answering phones, and handling customer service calls and issues.
You will work in a store office environment, interacting with customers, office staff, interior design staff, as well as warehouse staff.
The ideal candidate has a customer service attitude and excels at communication, prioritization, and organization .
Qualifications :
- High School diploma
- 3+ years of office experience
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred
- Strong numbers aptitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail
- Team player
