The personal injury litigation paralegal will support attorneys with all aspects of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, ensuring aggressive representation and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant personal injury case law, statutes, and regulations.
Draft and finalize legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents related to personal injury cases.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including interviewing clients and witnesses, summarizing depositions, preparing exhibits, and legal research memoranda.
Manage the electronic discovery process, utilizing relevant software.
Organize and maintain case files electronically and in hard copy, ensuring all documents are readily accessible.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with case management, calendaring deadlines, and tracking case progress.
Negotiate liens with medical providers and healthcare facilities.
Prepare for mediations and trials, assisting attorneys as needed.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
Proven experience in legal research and writing on personal injury matters.
Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and other team members.
