Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Administrator III to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Installs, configures, manages, and upgrades operating systems in the cloud environments, including cloud server configurations, patches, and troubleshooting

Resolve system issues and monitor, document, and maintain approved system infrastructure configurations and network security for operability

Monitor and analyze capabilities and performance of the systems; comparing, evaluating, and implementing new technologies and integrating systems into the computing environment

Assist in developing system security strategies, policies, and procedures, and effectively communicate and collaborate with the Chief Engineer and key stakeholders regarding requirements and concepts for network-related activities

Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff and collaborates with other Cloud Administrator IIIs

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline

Five or more (5+) years of related experience in a similar position

If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required

If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required

Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order :

CCNA-Security

CySA+

GICSP

GSEC

Security+ CE

SSCP

Preferred Qualifications :

9 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Relevant commercial cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, etc )

Clearance Requirements :

This role requires an active TS / SCI clearance

Physical Requirements

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
