Paint Project Manager (Commercial)

Paint Project Manager Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide customer satisfaction through good communication efforts between the customer, field crews, and office staff
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations, manage labor hours
- Evaluate project progress to ensure scope of work is on schedule and within budget
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Paint Project Manager Qualifications :
- 5+ years’ experience managing Commercial Painting projects
- Estimating Experience preferred
- Industry Experience : ground-up and renovation (preferred)
- Maintain Bid Schedules
- Experience with proposal writing (preferred)
- Ability to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approach
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
