Job Description

What You'll Do :

Analyze and evaluate proposed system modifications requested by stakeholders. Prepare detailed documentation of each request through coordination with subject matter experts in the field.

  • Support discovery exercises of system enhancement requests through research and fact-finding with process owners and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Business Owners and Business Finance partners to capture the current process, description and impact of the problem, requirements, technical issues, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads, including Architecture, Solution Development, etc. to identify and document the proposed solution and data flows associated with the requested change.
  • Capture and prepare Rough Order of Magnitude and timeline assessments based upon data provided.
  • Facilitate options analysis when new requests present over allocation in resource capacity and / or impacts to the roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain detailed support documentation for enhancement requests.
  • Prepare detailed flow charts, diagrams, and other architectural documentation outlining proposed solutions and capabilities and processes, when necessary.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need :

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical or business analyst supporting application development. 5+ years strongly preferred years of experience.
  • Proficiency in IT demand intake process to effectively gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Experience in managing backlogs, defining user stories, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ability to create high-level solution designs, conduct impact assessments, and map solutions against the IT roadmap.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail in analyzing demand and proposing effective solutions.
  • Understand funding mechanisms, budget management, and resource allocation to support project execution.
  • General knowledge and experience in Agile, SAFe or Waterfall methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and mitigate risks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and application development processes to guide projects from inception to deployment.
  • Analytical skills to assess technical requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.

Compensation & Benefits :

The salary range for this role is $69,600.00 - $104,400.00 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
