We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, particularly within a machine shop environment.
This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Location : Riverside, Ca
Starting Pay : $26 / HR.
Schedule : M- F 6 : 00A 2 : 30P
Type of Position : Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities :
Proficiently use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, thread gauges, and CMM.
Read and interpret blueprints to inspect parts according to GD&T format and drawing specifications.
Execute FAI Reports with a thorough understanding of AS 9102 Standard.
Initiate NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) as per procedures when issues arise.
Perform Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspections.
Create and evaluate RMAs (Return Material Authorizations).
Coordinate, schedule, and attend source inspections.
Maintain a Calibration Log for test instruments and arrange timely calibrations.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QC Inspector role, preferably in a machine shop environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leadership related role
Strong oral and written communication skills.
