Responsibilities include :
- Strong stylist technical skills with ability to mentor and train - lead team by example
- Ability and desire to style in addition to fulfilling assistant manager role
- Promote Sharkeys to new customers and potential new team members
- Assist Manager in hiring, training and retaining stylists
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Provide exceptional client experience.
- Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service; happily make adjustments as requested.
- Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
- Ability and desire to work with kids - playful, caring, patient, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Must have active cosmetology or barber license in KS.
