Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, supporting production activities, equipment installation and maintenance, prototype development, and other essential tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Supervisor or higher authority.
Your commitment to quality and safety will be paramount as you adhere to established procedures and ensure a smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities :
- Manufacture products according to IDEV / ISO published procedures, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to prototype development and process refinement, actively engaging in the improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the compilation of comprehensive reports detailing manufacturing activities and outcomes.
- Support the installation and qualification of production equipment, ensuring seamless integration into our manufacturing environment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment to uphold operational efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill departmental responsibilities and meet production targets.
- Adhere strictly to established safety protocols, prioritizing a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the company, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across various areas.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred : years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with ISO / GMP standards are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer software programs.
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to lbs and sustain standing or sitting for extended periods ( to hours at a time).
