- Pay scale : $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, 5% annual bonus opportunity

As Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator you will be responsible for the implementation of and accountability for environmental, health, safety and compliance programs and procedures, with a primary focus on environmental programs within our Portland and Tualatin OR facilities.
You'll also assist in managing the safety and health of all employees by complying with all applicable regulations, and lead by example to foster a positive safety environment by training employees, planning, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving concerns.
In particular, you will :
- Maintain all regulatory permits, certifications, and licenses that pertain to plant operations.
- Lead Environmental Compliance Programs to ensure compliance with all environmental permits and permit related activity, including but not limited to : storm water, well water, RMP / PSM, RCRA and Tier 2 reporting.
- Keep storm water plans, permitting and DMR reporting paperwork up to date, with monthly inspections on catch basins, annual training with associates, and scheduling routine cleaning and maintenance of catch basis.
- Review local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations, evaluate business impacts, and plan for changes.
- Utilize standard techniques for performing mathematical and statistical analysis and interpretation of environmental data.
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Participation in the Airgas Emergency Response Team (AERO) is strongly encouraged.
Are you a MATCH?
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental-related field, or 2 years of related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Federal and State EPA / DEQ / DOE regulations for industrial or manufacturing operations including storm water (required)
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, DHS and DOT regulations (preferred)
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (required)
- Must be able to operate in a drug free workplace
