Job Summary :
We are seeking a UX Program Manager to lead product-focused UX initiatives, aiming to enhance user experience through meticulously streamlined workflows and high-quality deliverables.
The role involves driving program alignment across various teams, setting and tracking critical performance metrics, and ensuring seamless collaboration amongst UX, Product, and Engineering teams.
As a key player, you'll ensure the delivery of impactful product experiences and lead UX programs pivotal for driving our future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide program leadership across product teams, aligning on goals for quality and timely delivery.
- Set, track, and manage KPIs, SLAs, and other vital performance metrics to meet program objectives.
- Facilitate agile collaboration across UX, Product, and Engineering teams to cultivate a results-oriented environment.
- Engage with stakeholders through clear reporting, updates, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage resources effectively and proactively mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
Must-Have Skills :
- Extensive experience in UX and Product Development.
- Proficient leadership skills and effectiveness in cross-functional team environments.
- Strong agile project management skills.
- Prior experience in product-based projects within dynamic, agile environments is essential for this role.
