Job Description :
Pay Range $80hr - $90hr
Responsibilities :
- Participate in annual ERP system roadmaps, perform formal and informal reviews of existing systems and ensure changes / updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner.
- The role will primarily focus on the projects, Major enhancements in Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, Asset Management, GL, Bank Transactions etc.
- Coordinating and liaison with the other cross functional Workstreams (SCM, QTC, HR, Procurement ), to drive core systems through improvement and sustainable changes.
- Liaise with the SMEs to develop training plans for each of the key. Applications to enhance the knowledge base across the Finance.
- Identify System enhancements, including reports, setting system targets, preparing estimates and understanding actuals through critical analytics.
- Analyze, design and implement SAP ECC and S4 Hana system improvements through interaction with internal users and customers to understand and document system requirements to produce business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Identify and support end users on system access and transactional issues.
- Support internal Teams during internal and external audits.
- Support business and IT teams on Month end, Quarter end and Year end activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in financial analyst roles.
- Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience & understanding of all Finance business process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- SAP certification in Finance, HANA4 , CPA.
