Position Overview : We're currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team.
This role involves working in a school environment, providing valuable support to Speech-Language Pathologists and delivering essential services to students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities :
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs.
- Support in the development and implementation of tailored education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support students' progress and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field.
- Current state certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or eligibility for certification.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction from supervising SLP.
