Team player. Organized. Aggressive with breaking news. A leader. WBTV is searching for a weekend anchor / reporter who embodies passion, drive, and a commitment to excellence across all levels.
This position requires a true leader not afraid to take chances and excel. This person is also a skilled reporter who drives coverage for WBTV three days a week in a nightside capacity.
In short, we are looking for someone who understands accountability storytelling and embraces the "On Your Side" brand.
In addition to the weekend anchor role, this person is a leader and team player across the newsroom and beyond. We're searching for someone who can see an "On Your Side" story, whereas others may only see surface-level coverage.
In short, we're looking for a strong journalist who can lead and inspire others to supercharge our brand.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Three years minimum experience in a television newsroom or digital workplace.
