About The Position
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Child Psychiatrist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families?
Join our mission-driven healthcare team in Brockton, MA, where you'll provide life-changing care to young patients while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver expert medical care and treatment to children and adolescents, ensuring the highest standard of mental health support.
- Collaborate closely with Primary Care Physicians and Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide comprehensive, holistic care that addresses both physical and mental well-being.
- Play a vital role in creating and executing individualized treatment plans that foster emotional and behavioral health, helping children reach their full potential.
Compensation & Benefits : $255,000 - $300,000 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs.
What We’re Looking For :
- Board-certified or board-eligible Child Psychiatrist with a passion for patient-centered care.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
- A commitment to improving mental health outcomes and making a lasting positive impact on the community of Brockton.
- Visa sponsorship available.
- Requirements : Current Massachusetts licensure and maintains current certifications. Board certified in Adult Psychiatry;
additional board certification in children helpful. Bilingual preferred
