Job Description
The New England School of Acupuncture seeks adjunct clinical faculty to deliver high quality clinical supervision and evaluation for the acupuncture program.
The selected candidate will have responsibilities supervising graduate student interns in their clinical placements. Supervision of the care of patients will include overseeing diagnosis and treatment planning, professionalism, charting, point location, needling, and palpatory skills.
Clinical Faculty are hired by the semester : Fall is September-December, Spring is January-April, Summer is mid-May-early August.
- Delivers supervision in a Clinical setting and provides experiential clinical instruction in person and / or via telemedicine in the acupuncture and / or Chinese herbal medicine clinics.
- Provide an engaging active learning environment for students
- Provide students with periodic informal as well as formal evaluations of their progress toward meeting placement objectives
