Co-hosted by Gary DeFranco, an Emmy-nominated executive producer renowned for his work on The Ultimate Fighter, our podcast is a fusion of diverse voices and perspectives.
We're seeking a Social Media and Production Intern who is passionate about podcasting and eager to immerse themselves in our mission-driven project.
About the Founders : Jay Hicks : The creative force behind The Tragedy Academy, Jay embodies a commitment to sharing stories of adversity and triumph, inspiring growth and understanding.
Gary DeFranco : Brings extensive experience in non-scripted television and a flair for dynamic storytelling, having earned an Emmy nomination for his outstanding work.
Internship Responsibilities : Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content in line with our podcast themes.
Engage with our audience on social media, drawing upon podcast content.Support live stream production and other technical aspects of podcast episodes.
Help manage guest scheduling and communication.Opportunity to stretch into additional responsibilities and projects.Commit to 40 hours per month, including a mandatory in-studio day for live episode production.
Qualifications : A keen interest in social media, digital marketing, and / or podcast production.Enthusiasm for podcasting and its potential to drive social change.
Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Current college students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
