We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in investment banking & a deep understanding of the healthcare technology sector.

This role is critical in supporting our growth strategy through identifying, evaluating, & executing M&A opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing :

• M&A Strategy & Execution :
• Assist in the development & implementation of the company's M&A strategy.
• Identify potential acquisition targets & strategic investment opportunities in the healthcare technology space.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses, including valuation, financial modeling, & due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit & potential synergies of target companies.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling :
• Develop & maintain complex financial models to support M&A activities.
• Perform rigorous financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance & potential of target companies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports & presentations for senior management & stakeholders.
• Due Diligence & Integration :
• Lead & coordinate due diligence efforts, working closely with legal, operational, & technical teams.
• Evaluate financial statements, operational metrics, & business plans of target companies.
• Support post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure smooth transitions & realization of expected synergies.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, & potential M&A opportunities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape & assess the impact of potential acquisitions on the company's market position.

What Were Looking For :

• Education & Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.
• 5-7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with a focus on M&A.
• Proven experience in the healthcare technology sector is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies :
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, & analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, & corporate finance.
• Experience with due diligence processes & post-merger integration.
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $154,000 - $208,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, & location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations.

The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, scope, & location.

This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
