Asst Project Mgr Commercial
Location : Naples, FL
Downtown Naples - Privately-owned, high-quality sustainability GC ($200M+ revenue ), recipient of many awards for product and design & specializing in ground-up commercial is looking for a degreed Assistant Project Manger due to growth and advancement.
Visible role directly supporting the Principles with a stellar advancement track to Sr. PM / Estimator. Will require travel to projects throughout FL 2 days / wk.

Seeking high-performing, sharp, up & coming construction APMs motivated to deliver a quality project exceeding clients expectations.
Must be degreed with 3-5 years' experience in construction; some field experience strongly preferred. Will assist with permit, RFIs, budget, project schedule, contracts and weekly progress reports.
Salary range : $80-90k (based on experience) + 10% bonus (Don't let $ deter you)
