Customer Service / Sales Support Professional
Location : Bedford, VA
Pay : flexible based on experience, Targeting $55-60k range
Schedule : M-F, 8-5 on-site
We are representing an established client in the Bedford area. This is an immediate need for an experienced Customer Service expert to provide exceptional support to the outside sales team.

What you get to do :
- Support sales with reviewing customer drawings / specs, and providing appropriate pricing, lead time, etc.
- Interact both internally with other departments, and externally with vendors to provide efficient customer service.
What you need to succeed :
- Previous customer service within manufacturing or distribution required
- Proficient within MS Office Suite
- Technical aptitude necessary
- Previous ERP system experience a plus
- Critical thinking / problem solving skills
- Willingness and desire to learn & grow within the role
