We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service Director I to join our Client Excellence team.
This role is on a hybrid schedule (in office 3 days a week), and can be located out of our Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL or Everett, MA office.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectations
- Leads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to clients
- Provide strong clienternance
- Focus on continuous service improvements across all products and service
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business and model
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent
- 5-7 years of total work experience in Financial Services
- Experience in servicing clients in one (or more) of the following sectors : Corporations, Non-Profits, Pensions, and / or Private Equity
