We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing supply chain processes.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to meet demand planning and sourcing needs.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay $16-$17 / D.O.E.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and maintain records.
- Analyze data using tools such as Nielsen for insights into inventory trends and performance.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline inventory handling and distribution.
- Prepare reports on inventory status for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in materials handling and storage practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is essential.
- Knowledge of materials handling practices and safety standards.
- Must be Certified or previously certified Sit-Down Forklift operator.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience working with 3PL providers is a plus.
