CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative specializing in Subsidized Apartment / Property Management to join our team supporting a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Skills and attributes for success :

• Demonstrated ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
• Professional, effective communicator with demonstrated de-escalation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams etc) and ability to navigate relevant web sites
• Keyboarding proficiency of 40+ words per minute

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Minimum of two (2) years rental property management, or related rental experience including resolving customer service complaints
• Minimum two (2) years telephone customer service.
