The Connect Enterprise Advisor - Financial Services position will own the development and evolution of Anaplan's industry POV for the financial services industry in AMER.
This role will report to the Global Head of Presales and work closely with AMER Financial Services GTM teams (Sales, Partners, Customer Success & Presales), Marketing, Product Center of Excellence, and others to drive the successful planning transformation strategies for Financial Services.
This position aims to create and elevate Anaplan's propositions in the Financial Services sector so that they are highly relevant and impactful to CxO-level audiences in our strategic accounts.
The propositions will be uniquely crafted by blending the experience of existing Anaplan customers in Financial Services and the senior director's 'hands-on' planning transformation journey.
Your Impact
- Engage with customers at the VP+ level
- Influence senior decision-makers and convince them of the need to change with a compelling planning transformation vision
- Own the development of Anaplan's industry POV for the Financial Services industry in AMER
- Contribute to the development of high-impact specific target solutions relevant to Financial Services
- Engage and confer significant credibility with our strategic partners
- Contribute to the shaping of our strategic and investment accounts strategies in the Financial Services sector, AMER
- Continuously monitor the trends in the Financial service sectors, innovation in planning solutions, emerging practices, competitor solutions, and the significant outcomes that matter to senior decision-makers
- Deep understanding of planning transformation journey and impact on industry and SaaS metrics
- Seen as a thought leader with practical advice on planning the transformation journey
- Ability to work in a matrix environment where some key contributors may report into a separate functional area
Your Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have "gravitas" based on their experience in influencing and leading planning transformation journey in the Financial Services industry
- Has reported to or influenced C-level decision-makers such as a CFO or COO
- First-line business & technology responsibilities and operational experience
- Have led multiple planning transformation journeys across the Financial Services industry
- Outstanding leadership & organizational skills
- Has the presence with exceptional presentation & communication skills
- Able to complement and support Anaplan's execs at CxO meetings
