We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team.

Job Description :

The Busser / Busboy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, supporting the service staff, and helping create a welcoming experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth table turnover
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other guest needs as required
• Assist servers and runners with delivering food and drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery to the dishwashing area
• Assist in polishing silverware, glassware, and stocking supplies
• Monitor guest needs and anticipate service requirements
• Support the front-of-house team during peak hours and special events
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift

Advanced Skills and Expertise :

• Familiarity with French cuisine and dining service (preferred but not required)
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with servers and runners
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest interactions with professionalism
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar role preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
