Location : Arch Bridge, MD
Job Description :
Soliant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Arch Bridge, MD. In this role, you will develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
You will work closely with educators, families, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed academically and behaviorally.
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide behavior interventions and track student progress.
- Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote positive behavior changes and academic success.
- Deliver training to staff and parents on effective behavior management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children with behavioral and developmental challenges preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
