Atrium Health Infectious Disease - Kenilworth is seeking a full-time board certified Infectious Disease physician to provide coverage for outpatient clinic and inpatient consults.
The group is comprised of 13 Physicians and 3 APPs. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with dedicated providers and develop positive relationships with other teammates while delivering quality care and outcomes on diverse cases.
About the Position
- Inpatient consultations only
- 1 or 2 Half days in Outpatient Clinic per week
- Call average of 1 : 6 for 2 facilities
- Weekend / Weeknight call shared between 13 physicians
- Average of 15 cases / day with an average of 5 new consults / day when on inpatient
- Admin duties with opportunity for research (as desired)
Qualified Candidates :
- Board Eligible / Board Certified in Infectious Disease
- North Carolina license required
- Will consider new grad with ID fellowship
