Role Description :
As a Sidewalk Crew Member at Lansing Lawn & Snow, you will work with a team to ensure pedestrian safety by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and are committed to maintaining safe pathways for our customers.
Required Qualifications :
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to be on call for winter storms, including late nights and early mornings
- Experience with operating equipment such as snow blowers and shovels is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Capability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, wind) and perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to tolerate weather conditions
Responsibilities as a Sidewalk Crew Member at Lansing Lawn & Snow :
- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks using company-owned equipment (snow blowers, shovels).
- Work with the team to ensure safe pedestrian traffic for our customers.
- Inspect all areas to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Complete required paperwork and / or data entry daily, following company policies and procedures.
- Snow removal operations all hours We work when it snows!

Compensation : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
