Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with users to understand their development needs, gathering insights to inform product roadmap decisions.

Effectively prioritize customer requirements within the broader engineering team.

• Lead the end-to-end development process, from prototyping to product delivery, addressing complex challenges faced by our users.
• Engage in detailed technical discussions and brainstorming sessions with the founders to gather and refine product requirements.
• Identify and explore new areas for product development based on a strategic understanding of user needs and industry trends.
• Take ownership of specific product segments, driving initiatives to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products, whether through professional roles or personal projects.
• Comfortable thriving in a low-structure environment, adept at navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Passionate about building engineering tools and tackling challenges faced by software engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Previous experience in developing internal engineering tools is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
