Completes nursing assessments, transcribes medication orders, and maintains patient records. Identifies patient problems, needs, and strengths, and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.
Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and provides age-specific communication and interventions. Assists patients with daily living activities, reports changes in status, and prepares patients for discharge.
