Location : Summit, NJ
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary Range : $170,000 - $195,000
Bonus : 20% annual bonus
Travel : Up to 20% domestic
Start Date : ASAP (November 4th or 11th)
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Brand Manager to join our team and support a leading skin care brand, with a focus on facial care, moisturizers, treatments, and serums.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and growth potential, including promotion to Director. You'll manage P&L, commercialization, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a matrix environment, can navigate complex organizational structures, and has a strong domestic focus.
While currently based in Skillman, NJ, we are transitioning to our Summit, NJ location. Local candidates are preferred, but there is flexibility for remote work until the new office officially opens.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end management of the skin care brand, focusing on driving P&L growth.
- Manage 1-4 direct reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand and business objectives.
- Partner with national accounts to drive commercial success.
- Manage budgets and develop strong P&L ownership.
Ideal Candidate :
- 10+ years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams for at least 2-3 years.
- Extensive experience with national accounts like Walmart, Target, Sephora, or Ulta.
- Strong P&L and budget management experience with large companies (e.g., Unilever, P&G).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
- Experience leading teams through transformation.
