Growing firm lookingto add a talented Electrical Project Engineer to their team!
Responsibilities :
- Projects include the study / design ofroadway and site lighting, traffic signals for State / municipal clients and ITSimprovements for public agencies
- Design pump station electricalsystems, generator sizing and site electrical improvements
- Prepare plans, specifications andcost estimates and preliminary studies
- Supervise / mentor other staff onlarger projects
- Coordinate with other disciplines onmulti-discipline projects
- Review and check engineering workcompleted by staff
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Mentor / train junior staff
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or ElectricalEngineering
- 5+ years of experience
- PE License or ability to obtain intwo years
- Proficient in MicroStation
- Experience with IDOT / IllinoisTollway projects preferred
- CDOT / INDOT experience preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
