What You’ll Be Doing

Client Assistance : Provide support and guidance to new and long-standing clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the entire process.

You’ll be the trusted point of contact, helping clients with their questions, concerns, and decisions.

• Seamless Coordination : Manage the flow of client transactions from start to finish. You’ll keep the process smooth and stress-free, coordinating everything from showings to contracts and ensuring clients are always updated.
• Client Advocacy : As the go-to person for our clients, you’ll stay on top of market trends and offer insights that empower them to make informed choices.

You’ll be an essential partner in their real estate journey.

Problem-Solving : Anticipate and address any challenges that arise, working alongside our top agents to find solutions that lead to the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 2+ years of experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role. More importantly, you’re someone who excels in building relationships and thrives in a team-driven environment.

Ideal to have high volume experience, 100+ Transactions.

• Skills : Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. You enjoy helping others and can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Local Knowledge : While a passion for real estate is important, we’re more interested in your ability to connect with clients and help them navigate the Savannah market.
