Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Experience : Minimum of 2 years required
License : Valid WI License required
Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Must-Have : Ability to read Remote Telemetry Strips as position requires reading them once per shift in ICU
Job Description :
- Med / Surg and ICU skills required for a blended Med / Surg and ICU unit
- May work in either ICU or Medical / Surgical settings
- Patient ratios : 1 : 4 or 1 : 5 for Med / Surg patients, 1 : 2 for ICU patients
- Every third weekend and at least one holiday within the contract
- No on-call responsibilities
- Minimal floating expected; if floating is needed, no patient assignment is given and assistance is provided within scope
- Candidates will float within the hospital when needed
- Completion of specific modules during orientation
- Flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions considered
