Job Description
The Human Resource Manager operates as a strategic business partner to ensure Human Resource strategies are aligned with business objectives within dynamic distribution centers supporting high profile, nationally recognized customers.
The Human Resource Manager communicates policies and associate programs to foster a positive and engaged environment. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Responsibilities :
- Partners with operations to advise appropriate resolution for associate relations issues.
- Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, programs and corresponding impact to the business.
- Ability to recommend and create effective counseling or coaching documentation.
- Manages resolution of associate relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.
- Manages HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
- Recruits, interviews, tests and select associates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions at the operation.
- Coordinate / conduct new hire and new leader orientations.
- Identifies trends in turnover and recommends solutions.
- Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred.
- SHRM CP-SCP / PHR / SPHR helpful.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes accountability for the HR functions in a diverse environment.
- 5+ years with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment required.
- 5+ years strong recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written skill set.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ADP platforms, including E-Time, Enterprise, ADPRM helpful.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule within a 24 / 7 operation.
- Ability to travel between Aurora, CO and Colorado Springs, CO
