Responsibilities :
Provide substance use disorder services toinmates.
Manage detox for nonopioidusers.
Manage Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioidusers.
Prescribe as needed medications for new inmates currently onMAT.
Keep accurate and uptodate medical records documenting assessmentstreatment plans and progress notes in compliance with facility andregulatorystandards.
Independently resolve daily medicalissues.
Work effectively within a correctional setting demonstratingprofessionalism and adherence to facilityprotocols.
