Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused and business-minded Account Growth Manager to play a vital role in our community while significantly contributing to our life-saving mission.
Your impact as an Account Growth Manager is vital. You will be responsible for achieving annual and monthly blood drive booking targets.
You will handle current blood drive accounts. You will also be responsible for warm and cold lead outreach.

Schedule : Full-time days : Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends

As an Account Manager you’ll get to :
- Secure blood drives while ensuring sponsor organizations and blood drive coordinators are fully engaged
- Schedule new and recurring mobile blood drives within organization defined criteria. Utilizing designated system, maintains tracking of outreach including but not limited to all touch points, status of leads and communication with owning account manager
- Develop new donor resources in the form of blood drive hosting organizations, sponsor groups, blood drive coordinators and may assist with identifying drive and RSMO locations
- Follow established sales / recruitment process; maintains account information accuracy, provides outreach tracking information,
