Job Description :
- Provide nursing care to patients in a medical / surgical setting.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare team.
- Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and assess patient care needs.
- Utilize medical equipment and technology to facilitate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare topics, procedures, and medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
