Position Summary
This supervisory position oversees several non-exempt individuals responsible for day-to-day Credit Settlement (Credit Debit, Alipay, PayPal Venmo, Anthem Solutran, and Collegiate Card) processes, including chargeback dispute management.
This position requires strong knowledge of financial system flows and accounting impact to ensure transactional activity results in accurate reconciliations and mitigated losses.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft knowledge, specifically Excel, Outlook, Teams, and / or similar software
- 1+ years of Leadership Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Credit Card processing / dispute experience
- Supervisory experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Store Retail point-of-sale experience
- Banking experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Financial systems and data flows (e.g. S4, SAP, ReconNET, Cadency, etc.)
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and use appropriate judgement and discretion Strong interpersonal skills (including effective verbal, written skills)
- Problem solving / root cause analysis skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. BA / Accounting / Finance preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is :
$40,600.00 - $89,300.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
