What you'll do
Help customers adopt new features
Help identify customers who are not using the product as expected and engage with them
Manage renewals with existing customers
Dogfood Pylon for our customer success processes
Build upsell processes for new products, seats expansion, etc.
Manage migrations from legacy systems onto Pylon
Help develop a scalable customer success process
Tinker with new processes, new features, and AI
Requirements
Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person
Comfortable regularly interacting with customers over chat and video
Very organized and hard working
An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
0-6 years of experience
