They currently have an opening for a Legal Recruiting Manager that can be located in their San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.
Our client does have a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee On-Campus Recruiting including planning and executing on-campus and call-back interviews.
- Evaluates resumes, participates in strategy planning, and provides statistical reporting and updates.
- Manage Northern California summer programs, including event planning, work assignment allocation, coordinating work evaluations and processing final reviews.
- Oversee planning orientation, offers, tracking attendance at events, and work with outside vendors as needed.
- Assist with OCI process, developing recruitment methods, sponsorships and other proposals for participation at law schools.
- Assist with firmwide recruiting, retention, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Willing and able to participate in weeknight events required.
- Local and Firmwide Travel sometimes needed.
Salary : Up to 150K with some flexibility depending on experience.
