Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include a 3-8 years' of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah.
Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense.
We offer a hybrid working schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Flexible Time Off, and the firm pays for your medical / dental / vision monthly premiums.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah;
- A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Exceptional research and writing skills;
- Interest in marketing and client development;
- Trial experience, preferred; and,
- Ability to travel.
