- Perform diagnostic testing and therapeutic procedures in accordance with physician orders.- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient response to treatment, and adjust care plans as necessary.- Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate and precise documentation of patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital and healthcare regulations and policies.- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment safely and effectively.
