As a member of our client’s healthcare team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a safe and healing environment.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills while supporting patients and their families during their hospital stay.
Shift - FT Days and Nights (3,12s) 7a-7-m or 7p-7a (rotating weekends) - Nights Shiff Diff - Weeknights $4.50 / Weekends $6
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population in an acute inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with therapies as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements to be Considered :
- A minimum of 1 year of RECENT nursing experience in an acute care inpatient environment is required
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- A valid Florida State RN license or compact license is accepted
- BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be preferred
