Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity? Become an integral part of our team, providing top-notch speech and language services to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in Millington, MD.
Position : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : Millington, MD
Details :
- Full-time hours : Monday to Friday
- Setting : Hybrid (3 days onsite), supporting multiple schools
- Team : Partner with an SLPA and another SLP in a collaborative and innovative school environment
General Duties :
- Perform detailed speech and language assessments
- Design and execute individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to enhance student development
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Conduct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions
- Provide supervision and support to SLPAs
Requirements :
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP certification is required
- Experience or willingness to work with K-12 students
- Ability to thrive in a school-based environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to improving students' communication skills
