We are seeking a Residential Shift Supervisors to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for one of the following shifts :
- 7a-3p
- 3p-11p
- 11p-7a
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the work of 12+ direct support professionals
- Plan and coordinate schedules
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure all individual needs are being met
- Ensure that a clean environment is maintained to promote safety of individuals
- Establish and enforce all policies and procedures
- monthly on-call rotation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Valid VA driver's license with + points
