Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Audio Test Engineer with strong troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to support a major client on-site in the Redmond, Washington area.
Required Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience Experience using B&K or GRAS measurement transducers Analyzers such as HEAD acoustics, Audio Precision, Listen Soundcheck, and vibro-acoustic measurement with e.
g. Polytec LDV, Microflown, or Keyence systems. Scripting, automation, and data analysis using Python or Matlab preferred Experience with Measuring loudspeakers, headphones, microphones, either alone or integrated into audio systems Developing and executing test plans for various consumer audio systems against quality standards Analyzing test data and provide detailed reports on findings Collaborating with research and engineering teams to verify system performance and functionality Ensuring all audio systems and components meet the necessary requirements and specifications Measuring signal processing and DSP Algorithms performance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in consumer product design and verification Strong communication skills and eager to work across functional groups Powered by JazzHR
