What You Will Get To Do :
- Develop and execute derivatives product strategy, messaging, and launch of products and solutions that support the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Analyze market opportunity, anticipate industry direction, evaluate the feasibility and financial justification for new products and / or new releases of existing products, and identify requirements for future and current functionality.
- Lead a team of professionals or first-level leaders working on issues of a diverse scope and coordinating department activities.
- Work closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being followed to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.
- Exercise latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
- Establish procedures and recommend changes to policies.
What You Will Bring :
- A strong understanding of insurance customers' needs, the competitive environment including our position in relation to competitors, and the market forces required to maintain a successful product solution.
- Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis / project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.
- Experience leading teams to deliver results.
- Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience or Master's degree and 4 years of related experience
