Title : Design Assurance Engineering Internship

Location(s) : Maple Grove, MN

Duration : May - August 2024 (dates flexible)

Our Purpose :

Partner with Design Assurance and R&D Engineers and Technicians in the development and verification of Medical Single Use Devices and / or Medical Capital Equipment.

This individual will work with high-performance cross-functional development teams to assist in verification of product conformance, design control deliverables, and risk management activities within Peripheral Interventions to ensure delivery of the highest quality product to the customer.

Examples of meaningful work by DA Engineering Interns :

Help develop risk-based assessments related to design changes

Review of product specifications and design documentation

Review design verification and validation documentation

Research and develop possible use case / task analysis documentation

Qualifications :

Current Bachelor's student in your Junior or Senior year or grad student. Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.

Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.

Must have authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

Ability and passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions.
